Engineering

Worked with NASA on a regular basis to manufacture, support, and test the Space Shuttle Main Engines

Performed problem/decision analysis to determine root cause and implement corrective action

Involved in a protégé/mentor relationship to develop management skills

Led and participated in continuous process improvement (CPI) teams
